The studio
Run by someone who uses the materials.
Mariana G. · on raw linen
Foxbristle is run by Mariana G., a painter working in charcoal, ink and oil. The brushes, paper and dry media we carry are the ones she works with.
Foxbristle is run by a working painter. We buy brushes, paper, dry media, fiber and studio tools at wholesale and sell them online — and we use them ourselves.
Four things that stay true on every order.
A purchase order at your wholesale price, paid by card before anything ships. Nothing sits on your books waiting to see how it sells, and every unit has a supplier invoice behind it.
We sign your MAP or internet pricing policy before the first order and stay away from automatic repricing. If you publish a floor, we sit at or above it.
One email address with a person behind it. Questions, customer messages and returns come to us and get a reply, usually the same day.
A few lines bought properly and watched closely. When something sells, we reorder it.
